18/01 PALMA - CAIRO

Meeting at the airport 3 hours before departure. Boarding on a special direct charter flight to Cairo. Arrival, visa procedures and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

19/01 CAIRO

Breakfast. Departure to Giza, located 20 km from Cairo. We will admire the Great Sphinx and the iconic pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure (entrance to the 2nd or 3rd pyramid included). Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit to the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). Dinner at a local restaurant and return to the hotel. Overnight.

20/01 CAIRO

Breakfast. Visit to the Necropolis of Saqqara and the ancient capital Memphis, featuring the Colossus of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx. Continue to the Citadel of Saladin and the Mosque of Muhammad Ali. Lunch in a local restaurant. Afternoon visit to the Coptic Quarter and the famous Khan El-Khalili bazaar. Dinner and return to the hotel. Overnight.

21/01 CAIRO – ABU SIMBEL - ASWAN

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for flight to Abu Simbel. Visit the majestic temples of Ramses II and Nefertari, carved into the rock. Flight to Aswan. Boarding the Nile cruise. Lunch on board. Afternoon visit to the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Dinner and overnight on board.

22/01 ASWAN - KOM OMBO - EDFU

Breakfast. Enjoy a felucca ride on the Nile. Optional excursion to a Nubian village. Lunch on board. Sailing to Kom Ombo and guided visit to the dual temple of Sobek and Horus. Continue sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.

23/01 EDFU - ESNA - LUXOR

Breakfast. Visit to the Temple of Horus by carriage. Sailing to Luxor, passing the Esna Lock. Lunch on board. Afternoon visit to Luxor Temple. Dinner and overnight on board.

24/01 LUXOR

Optional sunrise hot air balloon ride. Breakfast. Visit to the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch. Afternoon visit to Karnak Temple. Transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight.

25/01 LUXOR - SPAIN

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for direct charter flight back to Palma.
